Carrabba's Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
Leads all planning and forecasting responsibilities for the brand. Directly manages planning and forecasting team. Works directly with Bonefish’s leadership team to set financial objectives and determine paths to success.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages planning and forecasting team to accurately manage all financial deliverables: annual plan, forecast cycles, and ad hoc analysis
- Understands critical systems and tools necessary to build financial forecasts
- Analyzes trends to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast
- Communicates and influences across the brand’s leadership team
- Presents financial updates to Bloomin’ Brands executive team
III. REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, required
Experience/Skills:
- 10+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, required
- Ability to influence across multiple levels and multiple functional teams, required
- Ability to communicate and present at the executive level, required
- Exceptional Excel and presentation skills, required
- Intellectual curiosity and is driven by results, required
- Ability to query and organize from multiple sources and platforms, required
- Ability to teach and develop talent, required
- Experience in restaurant or retail, preferred
