Supply Chain

Data Management Administrator

2202 N. West Shore Blvd., TAMPA, Florida, 33607, US

The Data Management Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable master data that supports key business processes across operations, supply chain, finance, product development, forecasting, and reporting functions. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and enterprise systems by ensuring information is accurate, complete, and aligned across multiple processes and platforms.

Beyond data maintenance, this role requires a high degree of critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving. The Data Management Administrator must intentionally evaluate information, identify gaps, assess risks, and determine the most appropriate course of action when faced with data discrepancies, process exceptions, or competing business priorities. Rather than simply processing requests, the individual is expected to understand the broader business impact of decisions and proactively drive issues to resolution.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration. Data Management Administrator regularly engages with stakeholders from multiple departments to gather information, resolve issues, challenge assumptions, align priorities, and ensure business needs are met. This role requires the ability to make sound decisions based on available information, communicate recommendations clearly, and take ownership for driving outcomes while balancing accuracy, compliance, and operational needs.

This role is based in our Tampa, FL restaurant support center and will work on a hybrid schedule (mix of onsite and remote).
