Position Summary

The Operations Excellence Training Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned training initiatives. This includes testing and integration of operations-based projects and developing solutions to support operational excellence for tactics designed to drive traffic, revenue and growth that align with the strategic priorities resulting in overall brand growth. This individual works closely with cross-functional teams within and outside the concept to develop, implement and manage these projects while focused on the brand’s growth priorities. The Operations Excellence Training Manager also maintains a repository of operational execution standards and serves as an information consultant for the brand and contributing departments.

This is a hybrid role based out of Tampa, FL

Key Responsibilities

* Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand strategy projects.

* Develop and implement training programs that are flexible and operationally relevant.

* Identify performance gaps and collaborate on solutions with the Director of Training and Regional Training Managers.

* Improve operational performance by simplifying processes and reducing complexity.

* Serve as a liaison between operations and contributing departments.

* Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and ensure alignment with leadership.

* Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to drive engagement and adoption.

* Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and adherence to Fleming’s Principles & Beliefs.

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business.

* Experience as a Managing Partner or Senior Level Manager preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

* Ability to lead change and influence others.

* Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office required; Articulate Rise & Monday.com (or other PM software experience) preferred).

* Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
