Human Resources

HRIS Analyst

2202 N. West Shore Blvd., TAMPA, Florida, 33607, US

The HRIS Analyst serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources Operations and the HRIS team, acting as the initial point of contact for escalations and enhancement requests. This role is responsible for assessing incoming issues, coordinating resolution efforts across HRIS functional areas, and ensuring requests are routed efficiently to the appropriate resources.

The HRIS Analyst identifies opportunities to improve HR processes, simplify user experiences, and reduce administrative effort across the organization. Working closely with HR Operations, HR functional owners, and HRIS team members, this role analyzes recurring issues, recommends sustainable solutions, and drives improvements that increase self-service adoption, reduce case volume, and enhance the employee and manager experience.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, process improvement expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders to challenge existing practices and adopt more effective ways of working.

This role offers a predominantly remote work environment, with the expectation of attending onsite meetings and collaborative events at our Restaurant Support Center in Tampa, Florida on a regular basis, generally once per month. To support ongoing collaboration and potential business needs that may require additional in-person attendance, candidates must reside within the greater Tampa Bay area and be able to commute to the office as needed.
