Outback - Manager, Training & Operations Excellence
The Training & Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for executing and supporting assigned training initiatives that strengthen operational performance across the brand. This role assists in testing and integrating operations-based projects and helps develop practical solutions that improve execution, support topline sales, and drive margin improvement. Working closely with cross-functional partners, this individual helps develop and contributes to the instructional design, content creation, facilitation, rollout, and ongoing management of operational and training projects that align with brand priorities. The Manager supports new hire and ongoing training efforts by developing and maintaining relevant learning materials, delivering training experiences as needed, and ensuring resources are practical, clear, and field-ready. The Manager helps maintain operational execution standards by keeping training content and tools current, accessible, and aligned to evolving business needs, and serves as an information resource for field operators and supporting departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Improves operational performance by supporting initiatives that simplify processes and reduce complexity.
• Identifies knowledge and performance gaps and supports solutions developed in collaboration with the CDR training team.
• Designs, develops, and facilitates flexible training programs that support new-hire and ongoing training needs.
• Uses data to help inform priorities and measure success
• Supports instructional design and content creation to ensure training materials are clear, relevant, and field-ready.
• Participates in ideation, pilots, and tracking the effectiveness of deployed programs.
• Engages the field through clear, practical communication tailored to the audience and timing of initiatives.
• Manages assigned project timelines and milestones and escalates risks or gaps as needed.
• Communicates BBI and brand values through actions and interactions.
• Exemplifies BBI Principles & Beliefs.
REQUIREMENTS
• Managing Partner, Assistant Managing Partner, or CDR Training Manager experience preferred.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree preferred.
