Sr. Real Estate Database Management Analyst
The Senior Real Estate Database Management Analyst is a key member of the Property Management & Lease Compliance team and responsible for ensuring compliance with internal audit and accounting controls and maintaining data integrity in the real estate management database system.
This position is based in our Tampa, Florida Restaurant Support Center (RSC) and may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite and remote work, subject to business needs and company policy.
I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Ensures the compliance and management of the real estate management database.
- Reviews documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Abstracts all new leases into real estate database system.
- Inputs all other applicable documents into the database.
- Closely collaborates with Lease Accounting to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Researches and validates all ownership and property related changes.
- Manages all critical dates, including lease renewals deadlines and post amendment requirements.
- Monitors and validates Co-Tenancy requirements.
- Engages in dispute resolution.
- Mentors and trains team members on the use of real estate database and reporting.
- Completes monthly Lucernex Release Testing
- Completes notifications, certifications and other documents related to or pursuant to the Master Lease and Loan Agreement.
- Ensures real estate network drive(s) compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business or closely related field of study, preferred.
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate administration, property management or database management required, preferably in retail or restaurant industry.
- Strong technical skills.
- 5+ years of experience in abstracting leases, tracking critical dates or other equivalent database management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook required.
- Ability to independently examine/interpret Real Estate Contracts and Leases.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow up.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self- starter with ability to adapt and interact professionally with all levels of management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Experience with Lucernex software, preferred.
- Must be intuitive to appropriately assess and analyze risk, with strong problem solving/analytical skills to develop action plans to mitigate adverse impact to BBI.
- Strong ability to self-manage
